[ that's the thing about sonic, he's never able to take things seriously, or maybe shadow is just too serious. how could he be within this dimension not figuring things out, why is he in this one in specific is jarring, but he should understand the gist on how to return to their world.

however, the one big factor here is that this sonic isn't his sonic, and being without his sonic means that they're having two different conversations. no matter how it looks, shadow sees sonic in the wrong when the other agrees with him, and he shouldn't have done that. this only validates him even more that sonic is deserving of what comes to him even if... this sonic doesn't.
